I'm in my 6th week of certified service dog training. One of my important jobs is to mitigate my human's neurological deficits - like, she gets lost easily and tells me, "Take me home" or "Take me to the car". Also, I keep her from being too sad, because I'm such a good buddy. Can we travel through states with breed bans? Does Federal Americans With Disabilities Act trump state and local laws?

@ktjoga1 Generally the ADA trumps local laws, but that doesn't mean all jurisdications are AWARE of that.
