Denison University Coaches Thursday Training Session 7-1-10

1.) Foam Roll / Dynamic Warm-Up
2.) Tire Flip with Tire Jumps (435, 550x2, 435) for time
3.) Barbell Overhead Press/ Push Press w/ Bands (3RM, 1RM)
4.) UB/ AB Circuit - Blast Strap Rows, GHR Band Crunch, Band Scarecrows
5.) Prowler Push - 154lbs for 30ft x 10 trips

  • Jordan, your cat-like reflexes saved you from a KB to the grill. It was an impressive way of saving your own life. The only thing I would of liked to have on video more is Kevein biting it after a failed single leg tire jump....that shit was funny
