  • Love it, I'm a chitty Melakan(peranakan Indian) residing in the USA and all the dishes featured are pretty much what I grew up with. My favourite being Ayam Buah Keluak, Keep em coming !

  • those days english was considered 'cool'. hahaha. talking in english was seen as better.

  • why they use pure chinese as actress and actor? why not recruit pure peranakan?? they should go search for pure peranakan at Bukit Rambai Malacca. there a lots!!

  • why is it in english? shouldn't it be in peranakan (with english subs).

  • This video recalls me of the Bibik shows which I never miss those days. This is what Malaccans must promote - their kebaya worn by the petite 'peranakan ' ladies. It is really a very good show set in a Unesco Heritage city which I am sure will attract many tourists. A very good job. Just can't wait to see the rest of the episods which I am sure will make many to peranakan chefs.

  • Thank you for all support on behalf or production team. cheers. we all like it too. never though it wil work so well. Nick

  • great job!
