@thedirtys2006 Yeah, but SOMEONE has a copyright claim to this tune. Nintendo just used the melody in the 2009 Punch-Out!! game & in Super Smash Bros. Brawl in 2008.
It's one thing to make a remix for promotional reasons and not charge (since you legally CAN'T anyway), but it's another thing to make money off of a melody YOU didn't write.
