  • This is stunning; his Op 10 #2 is prob the best version I have ever heard...however, the Winter Wind Etude sounds a bit mechanical...although he more than nails it technically...he's got a technique that's in the Argerich-class

  • 3:09 for winter wind

    wtf

  • @cisdolce

Excuse me. I posted a translated version of "Quod erat demonstrandum".

I should be have written Q.E.D.

  • @ClassicalOJazz

    what the hell is cqd?

close quarter defense is what google tells me.

  • stunning performance for his age at that time.

  • Whine about "wahh too loud, too heavy" all you want, but I get so friggin bored listening to people always tiptoe through Chopin pieces like 25/11, walking on proverbial eggshells and making sure--so help them, God--that there's no raw power or energy in the performance. I say, bravo to a pianist who can play it this brutally (accurately) and evoke some real feeling in me when I listen.

  • 1:37 the marlon brando of classical pianists

  • this is the fastest op. 10,2 ive ever heard! unbelievable technique

  • This is the only Chopin that has convinced me in this entire competition.
