Is it possible for you to put subtitles? It's difficult to understand what they're saying.

I saw this on broadway and I was mesmerized. I still remember being bowled over by the great acting and the terrific chemistry. I wish I can watch the complete video of this amazing performance.

I heard there was a bootleg version somewhere but doubt you could find it nowadays. However, there is the full professional version available for view at the "New York Public Library of the Performing Arts, 40 Lincoln Center" but there is some special/strict library procedure to go through before you can see it.

Thank you! I live in NYC and was vaguely aware of the existence of a filmed/taped archive of every produced play on Broadway. I was hoping it would be more accessable than having to promise your first born, etc. Anything worth seeing is worth the effort, though. Thank you again.

Well, the person's journal I read who saw this told a little white lie about their occupation so maybe it's not too strict, just a few forms to fill, etc. Would like a link to them?

Deep sigh. This is what I would do with a time machine. Go back and see amazing performances I've missed.
Thanks for posting this! Too bad about the sound.
Does anyone know if there is a filmed record of this production in existence?

You're welcome! Yeah, sorry about the sound. It wasn't very good to start off with so after conversion, it inevitably got worse. Maybe you can try to get a copy of the play from your library and follow it through. That's what I did and has made me even more eager to find a way of seeing this - time machine or no time machine! :)
