I bought an SD card - it came with some other stuff too!
(NB - Do not buy it - it broke after less than a month. And if it doesn't break until just after the month - which is very likely- then you probably won't even have any way of getting a refund!)
Here is the website for the thing (I bought it on sale for £19.99 at Currys - £10 cheaper than the RRP - http://mydisgo.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=240
Looking at it now - pros: up to 640x480 with a frame rate of 25 of 320x240 with a 30 frame rate (go in to settings in your video editing software to change it either way). Takes an SD card up to to 2GB. Seems to work well in fairly low light. Can be used as a storage system or SD reader! Comes with an RGB lead and a USB 1.0 lead. Comes with a 1GB SD card and two batteries, plus Video Impression software. Can playback video files so potentially useful as a mini-video player. The size of a mobile phone (a big phone, granted).
Cons: Hand held only - no way to stand it on a tripod (without holding it there at arms length). No way to see what you are recording as you record. No external microphone or earphone jack. No zoom (but the zoom on these tiny things tends to be rubbish anyway).
The very big con: breaks after you've used it about three times!
