Heres a few clips put together of a shark map I made for the assault gamemode. One team has to reach a selection of checkpoints while avoiding the other team playing the sharks. Sharks CAN eat the opposite team.

This is MTA that is a mod, but the sharks are in the default files, so no and yes.
And sharks are in GTA:SA in my opinion. But I think they are just ultimately rare...
