Here we are in a day and age where things are so f****d up economically, and people are really f****d up mentally and physically, yet this guy has the nerve to say that employers, and basically everyone need to cater to Gen Y? Survivors of the depression have to be rolling in their graves. I hope the parents of a lot of these morons realize that they haven't done them any favors, and god forbid things get really tough. Grow a pair of nuts.

Everyone is different. Yes, it's easy to lump members of a generation into a stereotype like this fool does. But you have to focus on the individual, not the "generation" they belong to.

I do realize that many of Gen Y have sacrificed for their country, overcome real hardships, and beat the odds to succeed. You guys need to be the voices of your generation, not this whimp.
