Step by step guide to enlightment
Step 1: Eating Raisins, mindfully
This is just a fun place to start. Eat a raisin mindfully. This will be your red pill.

Step 2: Breathing exercises
This will help you to learn how to focus your attention.
Google Dr. Jon Kabat Zinn

He's the leading meditation teacher when it comes to mindfulness. Torrent his guided meditation cds, or buy them from amazon. Mindfulness for beginner is a great place to start.

Step 3: Exercises in focusing on sound, touch, smell, vision and eating more raisins.
Exercise with the cds from jon kabat zinn until you feel like you can do it without them, on your own.
Step 4: Exercises in focusing on thoughts and feelings
Again, start with the cds until you feel like you don't need them anymore.
Step 5: Mindfully experience the whole you and all there is
Try this without guided meditation after a while.
Step 6: Now its only a small step, if you know all there is simply try and walk trough it.
At some point you will have the feeling of grasping everything there is. Expand your focus, your attention until it's so big, it's focused on everything there is. Now move forward in your mind, that sounds difficult, but you will know what to do when it's time. Just walk trough it.
You're now on the other side.
Enjoy. You will know everything that i know, and i can't offer any guide to you at this point. Try to write your experiences down, so others may seek the enlightment too.
You will experience the true nature of the multiverse and everything there is. You will know the meaning of life. You will know everything you ever wanted to know. You will be awake. But in the end, you will come to the conclusion, that everything you know, is that you know nothing at all. That you never knew anything at all. And that's everything there is to know.
psychosis = enlightenment?

@jeffbriggs1987 not every psychosis is an enlightment, most of them aren't, but every enlightment classifies as a psychosis, from a strong neuroscientific or psychiatric viewpoint.
