  • The jurisdtion there using today comes from then(1868). There was no jurisdtion to make such laws given in the orignal state citizenship. Remember the (CORPORATE) state clames to be the victom if you violate a 420 law. There taken a corporate (which the 14th Amendment made you) jurisdtion.Notice your name is in all CAP'S when the corporate court addresses you? A CORPORATION IS A PERSON WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE 14TH AMENDMENT. Just like the video shows. Bruceray

  • So it was never ratified? It does seem to be a very controversial ammendment.

  • a big fancy poster isn't going to get you anywhere. Now I suport what your doing but saying "its a public choicce" what were doing (example: smoking weed), then saying "oh then killing people is a public choice") I mean cmon get a good standing and reason then I will back you up. You need more than just random facts, I don't care about that, I care about why it should be LEGAL NOW, not that the law was illegaly passed in the olden days, show us why it should be legal now.

  • Instead of trying to INTERPRET the Unanimous Declaration and the Constitution into a dozen or more ways; simply read them with the words used.

As individuals, we are the governed. Collectively, we are the Sovereign voice that controls our government.

That control is either present or absent.

  • Great video. Much thanks to Bruce Riggs for his years of research into the fourteenth amendment and for teaching us about it.
