Operation Firing For Effect (OFFE), is a subsidiary of Veterans For Veteran Connection Inc. (VFVC), a registered 501 (c) 19 non-profit grassroots veterans advocacy group headquartered in Walworth, New York. Our organization is devoted to the protection and improvement of entitlements, benefits and services awarded to the men and women honorably discharged from U.S. military service. The contents of this booklet were compiled by OFFE volunteers over a 9-year period. Extensive research was involved both at the federal and state level in order to provide the reader with the most comprehensive information available. Everything in this brief booklet is based on fact and is supported by documentation. It is the intent of this booklet to enlighten veterans going through a divorce of their federally protected rights and legal recourses.

The news caster at the end says it is a complex situation. No it isn't!!! All that has to happen is ENFORCEMENT of the existing laws that protect our VA Disability Compensation. We served this country and suffered disabilities while doing it. Nobody else deserves that money except the one that suffered the disability. Who in the VA or Congress will be man/woman enough to correct the injustice being carried out against disabled veterans by the corrupt judges and lawyers???

This is not a complex story. It is an incident that is continuously occurring to Veterans by Courts who don't understand Federal Law and the obvious factor that it supersedes States laws that have been illegitimately established without the proper research by the law makers to notice that the actions of their new law being developed is unconstitutional. Disability Compensation is for the sole beneficiary before and after the money is received and is not another source of income.

Also if you do turbotax or the such, do not respond or put a value down in their Veteran Benefits sector. It's not a taxable Compensation, so they don't have to have knowledge or the ability to track it. Veteran's it's yours and yours alone, no one has the right to know your federal information.
