I beg you guys to have at least 2 guys with rifles backing you up to deal with these rogue types. How about if they had proceeded to execute you while you were on your knees? No sniper back up= no chance to survive rogue cops assassinating you.

@whosyom0mmy so a person exercising their constitutional rights are fools?, whether it be their 2nd or 1st amendment rights? A criminal wouldn't necessarily have their weapons slung across their backs or holstered on their hips, to not draw the attention of the police.

Attached to this article is part 1 of a two part video posted on YouTube which captured the incident on video. At one point in the video, officer Duran turns off the plaintiff's video. Officer Duran stated that he was recording the encounter. Officer Duran's recording of the encounter has reportedly been destroyed
