We ALL know we did not fall in "love" with B2K for their singing abilities. They are not that group. That's what have Jagged Edge, Jodeci, Dru Hill, etc for. Looks, bodies, sense of humor/fun, and dancing are the real reasons why we're B2K fans. Yes, we enjoy the songs, but the above reasons are why we scream over them. Just keeping it 100%.

Ahhh the good old days! Hey! Can anyone tell me the name of the dance they're doing at the 2:22 mark? I've seen it (and done it) plenty of times, but have never known what it's called.

@TunaCakes yea seriously they all lip synch come on they have to with all the dancing they do they'd be way out of breath to sound good. Normally only the artists that don't really move when performing will sing live others lip synch.

@mariamchergui they are miming like nobody's business. Certain times Omarion even forgets to pretend he's singing. lol. slow video or not, this is lip syncing/ miming, watever you wanna call it, they ain't singing live, they rarely ever did.
