@petro905 I agree on all counts. I have found asupplier of small home kitchen models. Pricey. Perhaps in the future for me. mmmm Indian food heaven :)

I’m not religious in any way shape or form.
But I am convinced if there were such a place as heaven, there is no question that the Gods would insist that Lunch and Supper be Indian buffet! ;-)

@EmmaVal I think everytime we have Indian food here I always make this as a choice. Just wings, legs or the entire chicken goes great as a side or main course. I have enjoyed this recipe prepared in the oven, BBQ and in a friend's Tandoori oven a few times (I have to get one some day). Quite tasty indeed. Worth the effort.

QUESTION: Is it a good idea or a bad idea to poke holes in your meat (chicken, steak, whatever) before putting it in a ziplock bag and marinating it? I don't know if this helps to better penatrate the food with the marinade, or actually is harmful cuz it will dry the food out and make it less juicy when you cook it. What do you think?

@PunisherPlaythroughs Perhaps more tougher cuts of beef but I do not with chicken. The flesh of chicken is soft enough and the marinade will get in there over a few hours. cheers, KtC

@MrAbid5 Hello. It is a nice combo of ingredients. I prepare most of the dry seasoning in bulk so it is ready to use when desired (a bit less work come prep. time). We enjoy it regularly on the BBQ too. If I could just get a Tandoori oven :)
