They may be humanoid in appearance but they most definately aren't human for one reason and one reason only, we evolved to become human and they havent. You talk of it being brutal and murderous to kill them yet you set a precedence that they should be treated as our equals while disregarding other horrors creatures suffer. Look at this link for example, of how the Chinese fur farms flay dogs alive. I think that bringing such barbarism to an end is as paramount as preserving your gorillas.

I remember being younger and when this happened there was a program on NAT GEO WILD, which i refused to watch because when i saw pictures of those Dead gorillas on the advert i broke down... So... It's a sad thing and have the Hunters been caught?
