its not the arms that keeps trikke moving. Try to use more your legs. They look like frozen and they must be in constant movement in the trikke

Been watching your videos for awhile now and the trikke looks like a lot of fun. I really need to lose some lbs, (been riding a bike for the last few months and that's just not cutting it. How's your luck been with the trikke? thanks for any info,

YES... I bought I T12 and I think it was worth every penny - for the fun and exercise BOTH. ENJOY!

Have you lost any weight yet doing this? I wanted to get one and shed a few pounds using it!

YES! I am down about 10lbs so far. But well on the way. It works, just carve it out and get moving! I am trying to "release" the weight SLOW and STEADY - the same way it came on. Go For It!
