Ha! After all this time your best attempt at a 'valid legal reason for civil laws to deny SSM' is nothing more than '....but but they CAN'T marry! They're not 1man1woman!". Clearly, the fact that they are a same sex couple does not prevent them from being able legally marry. Every time the law is changed to remove the needless restriction, they can and do legally marry. THAT was your 'valid legal reason'? The facts in a dozen countries reveal that it's not even a true statement.

Dude, nobody cares how people like you 'feel' about their civil marriage. People don't decide to get married so some stranger will 'respect' them. The issue is legal, civil marriage and the important legal protections that come from it. And the legal civil marriages of same sex couples are legally the same as other marriages. All the same laws, rights, protections and responsibilities are applied. Your feelings in this matter are irrelevant. It's not about you. At all. Really.
