I noticed that there was a lack of a NES game that I once played when I was younger. Well more like watched my mom play. I was just too scared to play it for some reason. Till now at least.
The game is known as Robowarrior, also known as Bomber King. The gameplay is similar to that of Bomberman, yet the game itself is actually tough.
You play as a cyborg called ZED (Z-type Earth Defence), who has been rebooted
to defend an artificial planet called Altile. The planet has been invaded by
the Xantho Empire, who have turned it into a barren lifeless wasteland by
shutting down its Weather Control System. Your (ZED's) mission is to kill the Xantho leader, Xur.
The game is split into many levels called "periods". To exit a period, you must make your way to the last screen, and then find a Key in it which opens up the exit. However, some periods will constantly loop, causing you to never be able to reach the exit. The only way to stop these periods from looping is to collect the Chalice, which is hidden in the period somewhere.
This is the very first boss battle you encounter in the game. The boss is known as Globula, the Lord of the Amoebas. Obviously as the first boss he's easy, but that doesn't mean you should toy with it.
This video was made using the Nestopia Emulator as well as a Robowarrior rom. Please do not ask for these. That is what Google is for.
I used Game Genie codes to give me 10 of every item, unlimited super bombs, no damage from bombs, no damage from enemies(Did not work though), and no energy drain. The reason is because I don't feel like doing a legit boss video. I only made this because of the lack of Robowarrior videos.
I also did the Unlimited Items/Level Select/Walk Through objects code. To do this, get a Megaton Bomb from the Room of Idols, then get 62 bombs. Find a Spider Lurcher(The one that shoots missiles that do a lot of damage). Kill it with ZED's laser and then face down. Go into the power up menu(Press Select), highlight the Energy Tank and hold Up and Left on controller 2, then press A twice on controller 1. You will then activate Cheat Mode, which automatically gives you infinite items.
For the Level Select code, press up and left and select on controller 1 to be brought to a black screen with numbers. Press A and B to alternate the periods, and press Start to go to that period.
Walk through objects can be done by pressing Start, then holding Select and B on controller 1. Press Start and continue holding Select and B. You will be able to walk through objects.
Do not comment on me using the cheats. I did it because I did not want to play through the game again to do the boss battles and I'm only doing it due to a lack of Robowarrior videos.
I remember being 5 trying to play this game and having no clue how to beat the first level. I always ran out of bombs cause I was a dumbass.

Great game, still got the cartridge. Having to prospect for power-ups really adds to this game's challenge. You often catch yourself exhausting all your bombs blowing up block after block hoping to find something good. Not even killing a passing enemy to get one measly bomb sometimes isn't enough because of your draining energy
