Carrie Tollefson has been running since she was 5 years old. It started as a family activity and by the ninth grade she was competing. She captured titles at the high school level and then NCAA honors at Villanova University. Mike Max joins this Olympic athlete during a recent training session to find out what motivates her. Listen to Carrie talk about what it takes to compete at the highest level. Learn about how she gives back and shares what she has learned with youth at her training camp. And find out about her current training regiment for the 2012 Olympics.
I'm her new biggest fan! Inspiring.

Carrie is a real class act. I can't think of a better role model for success, whether it be specifically in running or life in general. Her positive attitude is an inspiration!
