Professional retouching process

I recorded about 35min of my retouching process and narrowed it down to 5-6min.

This isn't the best work as I tried to work fast so that the film clip wouldn't be too long. This took me about 35min but giving it some time this could be much better. For now, I just want to show the process.

Hi ... nice work .... at 3:40 you ''paint'' the face with grey, and then the skin becomes very smooth . .... what was that particular step ? Thanks !
