Always love seeing and hearing Marcus speak to/about strengths.
Great gem: "don't try to plug a talent gap with training."
The story about nurses giving injections resonated with me. During a routine checkup, the nurse gave me two injections in a row.
The difference: She said one thing before giving the injections that no one else ever has: "You're going to feel a slight pinch then a little sting".
I knew she was the right person in the right position and that I saw a strength at work.
