Bull fucking shit.Check out my way.Whisk 3 eggs, add little beer or cream,add chopped onions,tomatoes,corriander leaves and finely chopped ginger.Add salt and pepper.Heat pan with olive oil,pour the mixture and cook.Remove from heat add shredded cheese and put in oven for a while.The omelette comes out fluffy and the melted cheese and coloured veggies on top: YUMMY.
