There is no upload of the first half - this is a piece that was made for an Ivor Cutler tribute night, putting the cover in context.
As I have no plans to split it up, may I politely suggest you press stop when the part you enjoy ends!?
The original "I Believe in Bugs" appears on Ivor's album 'Dandruff', which should not be too hard to track down.
