Stefanie, along with Holden's former partners, created the William Holden Wildlife Foundation in an effort to carry on with his desire to back up species conservation with an education program appropriate to the local population of Kenya and bordering countries.

Stefanie was never married to bill.

The text is not correct. This conservation area was bought and founded by William Holden himself. He had this idea long before it became populare.
Stefanie was his wife and became later president.
BTW Holden was a businessman of genius. He had more than 1000 buildings, hotels, skyscrapers etc. in LA and California. And he was in parts owner of nearly every important studio in Hollywood.
And that though he had alcohol problems all the time. Unhappy genius !
