This isn't a travel. He pivots, then dribbles and then takes 2 steps. You can do that all day as long as you don't double dribble or carry.

@Sroek As the answer the maker of the video made says, moving your pivot foot a bit is called on by some refs but not others. Chances are Kobe did that at one point in his career. Chances are most players did it at one point of their career.

@ese1391 his pivot foot moves slightly when he spins... some refs call it, some don't... but it doesnt change the fact that he fooled and schooled kobe on this play.
