I heard about these fires from my aunt in America. I used to live in California but now I live in Japan. It's sad that this is happening. I hope everybody is ok. I pray for everybody in California to be ok.

my mom called me the night of Oct. 21 telling me that they were ok & didn't have to evacuate and then about a quarter to 9 the next morning she calls me telling that they were at grandma's house in South Pasadena

I don't know if anyone out there in San Diego can help a former Diego resident with a question. When this latest fire broke out, did Spring Valley (Near Jamacha Blvd) burn? I used to have a shuddering vision of fire racing down the mountain shortly after the 2003 fires....

This vid makes we wanna go outside and just water shit. My house was built on the main path this fire took. We had to evacuate twice. I hope it doesn't come this year.
