The Fireball is a high performance two-person dinghy that offers exciting sailing, intense competition and a great social life off the water. The Fireball hull and plans are strictly one design. Class rules allow you to vary the position and design of equipment to suit your own weight and style of sailing.
The Fireball is an international class with fleets in every region of the world. The association conducts annual World, Continental, National and State Championships. Fireballs are a delight to sail in strong winds. The weight and strength of the crew is not as important as the tuning of the boat. If capsized, the boat can easily be righted and can be sailed without bailing. The trapeze and sail handling require skill rather than strength. The thrills of trapeze and spinnakers are hard to match in any type of sailboat.
how did you mount the camera on the boat?
i'm fireball sailing next weekend and getting a new go pro and trying to figure a mount system

this is the BEST sailing video I've seen yet. I just bought a 14' dinghy and am sailing her ...first time in 30 yrs. I capsized and almost sank her, in 6' water last weekend. It scared me, badly...your sailing gives me great hope (especially the capsize and how you handle it!).
Thank you so much, for posting.
