I just got two dermals on my sternum. I have 9piercings not including these two (Including 3 "personal" piercings) These dermals BY FAR, were the most painful thing I've EVER experienced Lol They hurt so bad it kinda takes your breath away, but I was still laughing and talking during. If you want them, it's worth it. My piercing guy used a needle not a dermal punch though, so I don't know how that would feel.
