It's not only Christians who people help the poor etc. it's just nice people and nice people would exist without religion, in fact there would be more nice people if religion didn't exist. Lastly why believe in some invisible guy floating in the sky when you could just know the truth? @marvelousmarvin71 First of all, I was not going to talk about the crusades second, it's not only untrue but racist to say that Islam is the only problem regarding religion. Islamic religions may be more extreme than Christianity but that does not eliminate the fact that Christianity and religion as a hole is unnecessary. Practically all religions promote hate towards a group to some extent. It's not only Christians who people help the poor etc. (I need to continue in another comment)

Todays problem is islam, and the hatefull things Christians have done is nothing compared to the daily worldwide attrocities commited in the name of islam. I understand you are not a fan of any religion, but you will find that Christians do good work around the world helping the poor and needy, rather than detonating themselves in crowded public places.
