Gran Turismo 5 bug: black screen with Acura DN-X Concept

Hitting the side wall of a circuit in GT5 makes the screen turn black, no sound and my steering wheel (Logitech G25) quickly turning to the left, with no way of moving it to the right.
Playstation 3 is upgraded to last firmware, GT5 is upgraded to v.1.02 (current most recent version).
The car is an Acura DN-X Concept '02.
This glitch appears caused by this particular car, and it happens on various tracks.

@dan121121121 I was driving that car on a track when I lost control and hit a wall. Then I've tried to crash with the same car on other tracks, obtaining the same glitch.

Man...... EXACTLY  the same here: Acura DN-X Concept, hitting the all, with G25. WTF?
