@spikesan2211 Hi, i dont think there will be a new iMac coming out in the very near future. The last time Apple updated the iMac line was in late July, and they update it on average once a year. The last major update was in October of 2009, and they will probably completely redesign it the next update. My guess is that will be this summer or early next fall. So if you want to buy it in January, i don't see any reason that you shouldn't because they are amazing machines!

yeah i do, but its an old iBook G4. still works great though!

sure i dont see why not...and by then both the imac and macbook will be so much better and faster than now (not that they aren't already fast)
