From the tree, through the mill, to the drying patio ... a view of the coffee harvest in El Salvador from my recent trip. Most of these shots are in sequence, from El Manzano mill and the surrounding farm. The lot you are seeing is forced demucilage process, with the cupping results similar to wet-process.
