Two boats, a sailboat and tug, drifted ashore during the storm between the evening of 2/14/2009 and the morning of 2/15/2009. Early Sunday morning the Tiburon Police cordoned off the area on the bike path near the sailboat and stayed with the boat until later Sunday afternoon when the tide got high enough for the Marin County's Sheriff's boat to retrieve the sailboat. Was there someone on board? Is this a crime scene investigation?
