@OldsterStillLearning well, there are different views on the interpretations, and sometimes, or always, some people only say "everyone has a right to (whatever)" only if it's stated word for word, otherwise known as weak interpretation, the other party, uses strong interpretation, meaning if it's not listed in the constitution, (such as slavery in 1800s) then they deem it unconstitutional.
