Father Philip Lamont: "Some do. In fact a French [Jesuit] priest [Pierre] Teilhard de Chardin thought that we'd all come together eventually in some sort of mental telepathy. A kind of world mind in which everybody would share.

Teilhard de Chardin is a suspect in the Piltdown Man hoax, something which had supported Darwinism. A belief, or faith in Darwinian evolution is a prerequisite for being shephered into the next stage of "evolution" - transhumanism, or post-humanism.

Is Teilhard de Chardin's world mind simply the hive mind of a brainchipped population, discussed and planned at world science meetings?

The introduction to Teilhard's work "The Phenomenon of Man" is written by the Eugeniscist SIR Julian Huxley (grandson of T.H Huxley, Darwins most outspoken publicist) who coined the term Transhumanism, which was being used to replace the old term, Eugenics.
