Nov 14, 1992: Saturday Night's Main Event. Shawn Michaels defeated the British Bulldog to win the IC belt, and Bret Hart successfully defended his WWF crown against Papa Shango. As a result, the main event for 6th Survivor Series would be a classic "Champion vs. Champion" encounter. Wrestling fans know the history between these two legends,and this can be considered the beginning of their feud. No love lost...
Afterwards, The Brain was made privy to some other interesting developments for Survivor Series.

Bret Hart vs Shawn Michaels rivalry goes back to the days of the Hart Foundation and Rockers! The Rockers beat the Hart Foundation for the Tag team titles in a best 2 out 3 falls match which is on youtube but the titles went back to the hart foundation. Jim Neidhart's contract was up and Vince had to make the change but right after the titles switched they went right back to the hart's because Neidhart was resigned. Vince made up something about a turnbuckle cover missing which caused a DQ.

I miss the days of the old WWF! The two best right here in Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels. It doesn't get any better in my view.

@operations1000 They didn't at this point. They were actually really good friends. Shawn voices his opinions numerous times, including on the air at KOTR '93, backing Bret Hart. No tension here. They're just working.
