@natedawg809 amber lights in France are used when vehicles are stopped in "unsafe" way, or for slow vehicles, and emergency vehicles uses these color when they are stopped or when they go very slowly, the red color has the same purpose In france but its very very very unfrequent!
You are totally free to buy orange and red lights for you personnal car too, and to switch them on if you have an accident or you car is broken... but its forbidden to use them when the car is moving!

@borntofolk Code 3 simply means lights and sirens. Both ambulances are going code 3.

What's with the amber lights on the back of the vans?

@natedawg809 A lot of emergency vehicles here use amber lights in addition to blue. If you search my videos you will even see police cars with both blue and amber forward and rear facing lights. They don't do this anymore, the lightbars on the police cars are all blue now, but older ones still have amber. Check out the Spanish ambulances, they are ALL amber.
