Nor'easter Storm (Hurricane IDA ghost) Recognised by many as highest seas in over 30 years. The remainder of Hurricane Ida; we were rescued during the height of the STORM, by 4 complete strangers, when the door to our bedroom deck slammed shut, locking us out. Needless to say they were rewarded with a fine cold beer! Thank you so much for coming to our aid!

hey !!!! I rode this storm out in Swash channel with a dead engine and too much wind to sail, and a short video on you tube named rocking and rolling(sic). when I got to port everything was destroyed...and I had a bad tank of fuel but unxcaved. it was fun...almost as fun as finding out your parachute was was left in the hanger after you jumped from a plane! lol.

Thanks Georgia for your kind words; it was my pleasure & glad you appreciated it. I travel round the world a lot with work but have never seen a Nor'easter before-I remember we had a storm in the U.K in 1987 which was pretty bad, but the power of the sea & 'mother nature' is not to be messed with!
