  • @TaylorX04:

    Awesome series- respect.

    I just have a question:

Regarding the failed prophesy of Jesus saying that some would not see death, but that they would see him come back- some Christians argue that he was referring to John, since he saw him In vision in the book of revelation.

How do we counter that argument?

  • @DNGR411 Matthew 16:27-28 talks of Jesus returning with angels to reward each person according to what they had done. John's vision was more like fire and brimstone judgment, the verses in Matthew say nothing about a vision, and it's also a presumption to think John was among the audience at the time.

  • Why are you reading PERverision Bible's ROFL! You should quote the 1611 so you can be sure that you are not taking scripture out of its context;) The reason I say this is because the new Bible versions(NKJV, NIV, NASB, etc.) are intentionally mistranslated to make it seem like Yeshua Ha'Mashiac broke God's laws. Becareful about the doctrines you are posting because you might be leading people straight to hell...

  • @TheExodus17 Oh for fuck's sake, you're one of those "1611 KJV or bust" lunatics. I agree that some of the newer translations - especially the NIV - intentionally alter the text, though it's in FAVOR of the Christian position, not against it, and the funny thing is that the KJV contains plenty of absurdities and translation errors too.

  • Moses did permit plucking of grain: Deuteronomy 23:25 "When you come into the standing corn of your neighbor, then you may pluck the ears with your hand; but you shall not move a sickle to your neighbor's standing corn."

  • @TheExodus17 Is this about Jesus encouraging his disciples to pick grain on the Sabbath? If it is, where in Deut. 23:25 does it say anything about the Sabbath? It only gives instruction on WHAT grain to pick, not WHEN to pick it. Nice try, but fail.

  • @NorthCentrality Act as though it doesn't exist? I might not think god exists, but I do think the bible exists, and especially when people are using it to justify hatred, revisionist history, and much more, it DESERVES to be denounced. What's pretty silly and childish is thinking that people shouldn't care about exposing lies.

  • @JustForBrieLarson

The Bible was edited by a lot of people ...

  • one would think some one at some point would have rewritten the mess of the bible and made it more consistent so that no one would be able to see all the flaws and contradictions in it.

  • @TheExodus17 In other words, it wouldn't matter if your KJV had no "contradictions" or not; it's a fucking JOKE. Its writers were bumbling idiots. Only rich kids were educated&the dumb lot became scribes-ass kissers-not wealthy trades. They apparently spent class time refining their fart jokes if they couldn't tell between a freaking CAT that entered the language some 900 years AFTER the texts were supposedly written... and a war soldier. Reality=they plagiarized The Great Bible.

  • @TheExodus17 Really? Which order of creation in the Bible is right? Genesis has 2 orders of creation; man either came before or after other critters-God must've drunk dialed to inspire. The monarch's scholars changed his bro to match the king, PEDERASTY to homosexuality&a common word-pesky vowels' fault!-refers to a military leader (in 1 spot he stands atop a watchtower in war), they claim a (royal crest) jungle kitty Jews never SAW-the WORD is newer than the OT-stabbed/guarded/etc.

  • I am not enjoying this video. The Bible was edited by Romans.

  • i really enjoy your video...

  • Presumably the Pharisees had nothing better to do on a Sabbath than to follow Jesus and his disciples through a field to see if they were plucking grains.

  • @martynrobin121 I know! Tell me about it!

  • @TheExodus17 What ever pal. There is no hell. Get over yourself and take your head out of religion's ass stupid fundamentalist

  • 6:10 PERFECT description of Christian "unity" ... nice work buddy ... I DO hope some Christians are watching to see how they can resolve this apparent conflict amongst themselves; especially when John 17 says may they be ONE as we are ...
