  • Dear Customer.

Thank you for your enquiry at Alesis Studiosound.

Only the Snare from the DM6 is a dual zone pad. All other pads and cymbals are single zone. The kit has following Pads included:

DMPad Kick Pad with stand, DMPedal single kick pedal, DMHat Pedal hi-hat pedal, DMPad 8" Dual-Zone Pad, DMPad 8" Single-Zone Pads, DMPad 12" Cymbals

You can have a look on the DM10 set for multizone solutions.

  • Hi,

we use the Alesis Trans Active Drummer with iPod docking station. The melody comes from the iPod.

We record the master signal via Alesis IO2 in Ableton Live.

Please feel free to contact us for further questions (kundenservice@alesis.com).

    Kind regards,

  • Hi!

Can i play this kit with my double bass pedal?

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Thanks.

    Dan.

  • 3 IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BUY ALESIS

    1. THEY DO NOT OFFER SUPPORT. THEY DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS OR HAVE TOLL FREE PHONE NUMBER

    2. DO *NOT* BUY THE HEADPHONES, YOU'LL NEED AN AMP ANYWAY. GET AN AMP (NOT THEIR OVERPRICED ONE) AND ANY 20$ HEADPHONES WILL WORK.

    3. THE KICK BARELY SUPPORTS DOUBLE PEDALS, AND YOU'LL NEED AN AMP TO HAVE A DECENT AUDIO LEVEL.

Not a single review ever mentioned that. I bought a DM6 and now I'm screwed with no support and dead parts. Way to go Alesis.

  • whats the difference between the usb kit and the session kit, both dm6, thank you

  • The sub-text in this video is not correct. I have this kit, and it is in no way natural feeling or durable. Within three weeks the kick pedal had broken, and the frame doesn't support the toms at all.

  • Can I load user samples? Can I change preset samples, for example move a snare from one preset to another that I might not like just the snare of?

  • Will I look like as much of a doosh as this guy if I get this kit?

  • yes, you play on the drums as it is call? men

  • @alesiseu would i be able to connect this to my m-audio fast track?

  • @alesiseu yes, but as the song is called friend

  • pero como se llama la cancion amigo

  • Does this come with the ride cuz iv seen other videos and they didn't have it

  • I like it how he plays "Salsa" with the salsa kit... lol
