  • ive tried this video and contiunely l still doing it and its amazing workout ive ever tried after plyometrics of horton , its great ive burn calaries like hell men but i am doing them all in one go 3 times aweek but it dose need encourge to do that , and u should guys try it atleast one to see what u can archive after 2 weeks ...!!1

  • this is retarded....why not simply go & run 3-5 Km with 10kg bag on ur shoulders? will only take like 10 min or less & u burn shitload more calories than doing this 15 min crap.
