The patient in this video had a poor outcome from a previous transplant at another clinic. He had an unnatural hairline- pluggy front and in poor shape, a sparse top, and an empty middle and crown. He also had egregiously angled isolated plugs in his crown as well, with a lack of donor hair. Strip scars were also vary evident.

Before he met Dr. Umar the patient wore a hairpiece to hide these problems.

Dr. Umar used 9,000 grafts derived from the chest, beard, head, and nape area to repair the patients head. Results are at 10 months.

The patient is very happy with the results and no longer wears a hairpiece. According to him "I am free from the shackles of the hairpiece".

  • What is the cost price of this procedure?

  • I'm curious where he went the first time that they did such an awful job??

  • Replay the video folks. Note how the pictures before are in a strong light. The results in all the 'after' ones is in a much dimmer light. Bright light makes fine hairs all but invisible, whilst dim light as in the 'after' pictures give the appearance of thicker hair. To get a true impression, you would need to see the before and after pictures in the same lighting and from the same angles. Ask any serious photographer and they will tell you lighting and angling can make a huge difference.

  • I work at Merck and I can assure you that Propecia is safe !

All these doctors who are reporting adverse-reactions to the FDA ... need to ST0P !

If you cant prove how Propecia causes Impotence .. then you should NOT report adverse-reactions !

Merck is being confronted by several class-action lawsuits that threaten the existence of our company !

If doctors have concerns about the safety of propecia... then dont prescribe it ... but FOR GODSAKES dont contact the FDA !

  • Looks like a completely different person.

  • @danielg1818 it needs a higher density in the front and crown to make it look more natural.....9000 grafts over the span of the entire top head isn't sufficient density given that a regular head of hair has around 50000 hairs just on the top

  • Great Result looks very well compared to original transplant,

  • @danielg1818 yea the problem is that the density isn't emphasized as much on the crown as it is at the front. If this person gets another 4-5000 grafts just in the crown it will look much more natural

  • Say I want to go all out Dr. Umar and get a procedure done with 15000 grafts. Cause I think that will give me a full head of hair. Are you gonna charge 30,000 dollars?? Or actually even more than that?

  • @danielg1818 '

MAN... Are you listening to yourself! That is so much better than being horseshoe BALD! I would be loving LIFE!!
