It's not about finding one good black hair style, let's be real here 90% of black ppl goes to a regular hair stylist and pretty much settle for what their pocket can afford and most of these hair stylist are not that educated when it comes to hair.

I disagree w/ the child thing. It's not the hair is too "nappy" but a mother is uneducated about how to properly care it. I'm a natural 4a & detangle wet w/conditioner & wide tooth comb. It's pretty easy!! My mom forced chemicals on me at 6. Hated it. Barfed from the smell. Then burns even at salons. My hair is long & healthier than ever. Moms stop being lazy & taking the easy way out. Learn to properly comb your dd's hair. At least 13 before a relaxer and let it be her decision not yours.

I have 2 daughters. 21 and 15. I have never put relaxers in their hair. Use the correct hair products and tools for the hair. It's still better than putting something like a relaxer in their hair. Natural is healthier..it has mo side effects that will harm you later on in life if you keep using that mess. I love your videos but a child should not get a chemical treatment before her menstural cycle begins. Payerfully the parents can have the chlds hair braided to make life a bit easier. I was blessed being able to braid a lil when my daughter was born and I got better as she got older. I paid $200 twice in her life to have it braided w/ extensions by someone else. That will never happen again. There are too many young people out here who would do it cheaper.
