This snow roller was built by my great grandfather and was used to pack snow on the Adirondack roads in the early nineteen hundreds. The snow roller is now being shown in the Lake Pleasant Museum. This documentary was made and narrated by my dad, William Weaver. Hope you enjoy the history.
Thanks for sharing that little bit of history. In a time when we readily clear all the snow away, it's good to know that there was a time when it was appreciated for it's ability to facilitate transport as well.
