Have we limited ourselves from wisdom and knowledge by
holding to the ordinances of men? Is truth not found elsewhere?
You must decide this for yourself. As for me, when sacred texts
glorify my Father God, and his Son Jesus, I rely on His Holy
Spirit to reveal the truth contained within. Truly, I follow no man.
I question most everything....cannonized or otherwise.

In this video, I use The First Book of Adam and Eve to prove
what Peter has told us, in our Holy Bibles, as truth. For me,
I found this was necessary due to only one vague reference
being given in our Holy Bibles...as to what Peter is saying....
you will understand should you choose to view this video.
This record serves as Peter's second witness.

Want a third witness???? Check the non-cannonized General Epistle of Barnabas (companion of Apostle Paul)
Chapter 13 verse 5.

My thoughts on this book of Adam and Eve? I believe it was deemed unnecessary for us to have, since Jesus already came in the flesh as this book promises.

However: What does Jesus say about HIS Word?
Mark 13:31 & Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth shall
pass away: but my words shall not pass away. (KJV)
Plus, Isaiah 40:8 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth:
but the word of our God shall stand forever. (KJV)
This is why I believe that this particular text has been
preserved. And I praise Jesus for it! It proves God's plan
to redeem us from the beginning!

  • God is not bound to time.

  • @13tharealest You are absolutely correct. God is outside of "time" as we understand it. God is timeless. This concept of time is only for our benefit as we are the ones "bound" by it. Thanks for watching! God Bless you!

  • Great video. I understand that some might not regard noncanonical writings as inspired, but the New Testament writers refer to them in numerous places. Peter, like Jude, alludes to the Apocryphal Assumption of Moses in 2Pet 2:11, & the Story of Ahikar as a true proverb in 2Pet 2:22:

Story of Ahikar 7:27 "0 my son! thou hast been to me like the pig who went into the hot bath with people of quality, and when it came out of the hot bath, it saw a filthy hole and it went down and, wallowed in it."

  • @Apocryphile1970 Thank you Robert, for your wise replies to this video! I really appreciate your understanding regarding the "hidden" books...We are truly in the last days when all these books are to be opened and understood. They support the Holy Bible! These books must be examined and tested against the Word of God that "man" has cannonized. For anyone to say that all non-cannonized scriptures are irrelevant is to put our God into one leather bound [box] aka book

  • @Apocryphile1970 If you haven't seen it yet brother, Please check out my video:

"The Change of Adam & Eve". This video was false flagged by someone...the reason remains unknown (I was not notified of the purpose of the flagging by YT)...however, one of two possibilities exist...the bare butt

of Adam which is now covered with annotations, or someone angry about the use of non-cannonized scripture use within this video!

  • It is true that such things can serve to undermine someone's faith. That is why it is in the mouths of 2 OR 3 witnesses that all things will be established. You have the two, which are the Old and New Testaments, and then you have the third, which are the hidden books, the hidden Manna, the third symbolic covenant held in the ark of the covenant. The tables of the Law are symbolic of the Mosaic Law, the staff represents the High Priestly covenant, which of course was Jesus.

  • For the Church to be right in its stance against these books implies that either the NTvwriters were wrong, or else we were supposed to believe something different from what they believed for some reason. That to me is hard to believe!

  • The way that Jude uses the Book of Enoch, for instance, is with reference to the Lord's coming! That is impressive evidence that those who rejected that book are still to be judged out of it! When Paul states that Satan himself is transformed into an "Angel of Light," he is alluding to the Book of Adam and Eve. James quotes some now lost verse as "Scripture(!)' in James 4:5. Paul builds his whole "Armor of God" image in Ephesians 6 on the Apocryphal Book of Wisdom chapter 5.

  • Great video! and great research too!!! I love your videos and I hope that you will continue to make more videos of this nature. I have never read much of the apocrypha and didn't know what I'd been missing.

  • Thank you so much for opening my eyes about the Apocrypha. I once thought it would be wrong to read those books.

Whereas now I feel it would be wrong NOT to read them.

I still have much to learn, but thanks to those links I shall be able to do it straight away.

    You're a peach, sister!

    Love you

    ~Juliet
