  • @sexychocolate1102 No weights, no muscle growth. You have to place stress on your muscles in order for them to grow. Your muscle won't change if you don't give them a reason to change. Every time your muscles adapt to the stress placed on it you will have to place even more stress on them. It's a constant cycle.
