fat is toxins that the liver places there cause it can't keep up. You don't need more than 10% of your caloric intake to come from fat. Your brain and all your cells run on carbs, especially fruit. All the hormones, antibiotic and bad karma in animal product is what makes people sick. The paleo diet doesnt work long term. I researched it and decided the raw vegan lifestyle made more sense to me. We ate meat out of necesity during the ice age, no longer need to.

@markangeloc I think we shifted our diet depending upon food sources. I plan to go raw vegan for a few months later this year
