TDS can be very important. very high minerals can be tough on the glands to extract from the body, as these minerals are in rock form, not vegetable or fruit form. so, too many hard minerals can create stones, etc.. generally a water that is 100 TDS or less is best, but just do the best ya can. :) i jumped in and answered here, as I saw there was no response. hope ya dont mind :) we have a spring video on our channel as well. check it out :)

The meter is a HANNA..PH/TDS/TEMP combo. It's available on amazon. Very accurate!!!!

I like what RawHealingPatch said..just do the best you can...with where you are today...and trust your intuition.

First I've heard of TDS. Vitalis never stressed this as I remember. How important is this factor? Where did you get your meter?

Hi propergait....never noticed the question in my inbox...but thanks rawhealingPatch for the perfect answer. Vitalis doesn't stress ANY certain reading to my knowledge..but rather, points to his personal preference of 50 TDS or lower. I l believe his regular source is 15 or lower.
