Mahalo crafts expert Eva Sowinski shows you how to marbleize an Easter egg.

What You'll Need
---------------------------------------------------------------------

* Hard-boiled egg
* Egg catcher
* 2 colors of dye (1 lighter, 1 darker) in separate bowls
* Paper towel
* Olive oil
* Stickers of your choice

Instructions
---------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Dip the egg in the lighter dye color. Use an egg catcher to roll it around, then leave it in the dye for about five minutes. Set the egg aside on the paper towel.2. Pour one to two tablespoons of olive oil into the darker dye color. Stir with the egg catcher.3. While the olive oil is still separating, place the egg in the darker dye and roll it around. This creates the marbled effect. Do not leave it in for too long or it will not stay marbleized.4. Use the egg catcher to set the egg onto the paper towel. Roll it around on the paper towel to dry the entirety of the shell.5. Decorate with stickers as desired.

Other Marbleizing Methods
---------------------------------------------------------------------

You can also marbleize an egg using gold and silver leaf adhesive or a sponge.c
